Before I turn forty, I want to live the life I deserve. I’m going to master a musical instrument, which I’ve been avoiding for the past 30 years. I’m going to stop looking in the mirror, because it’s just not getting any better. I’m going to attend storytelling festivals abroad and stop being ashamed of my English. My partner is going to break out of his “jerk” cocoon and transform into an attentive butterfly, ready to fulfill my wishes. But I am most likely going to find myself an older intellectual in a striped t-shirt, someone who's ruined his relationship with his first wife and sees me as the last chance in his life. I’m going to achieve fame in a Moravian way, so it won't bother me and will keep me from the foamy waters of poverty. I’ve got it all figured out. I’ve got a plan. I’ve got a deadline.
