Rychlé šípy has had more than 80 years of life and three comebacks. In that time they have become a Czech comic phenomenon. However, the Jaroslav Foglar Scout Foundation, which holds the rights, does not want to preserve them, but to lead new readers to them and expand their universe. They are now trying to do this in practice, especially in the newly published Rychlé šípy books, where contemporary comic book authors are expanding their stories in various ways. Does this make sense and have a chance of success nowadays? And what ways to look for?
